Pilot Jacket

This 1974 painting entitled, " Pilot Jacket, " by Mulleian was exhibited at the Frank Gallery in San Francisco for one year. The painting was eventually purchased by rock star Elton John in the same year.

This 1974 painting, entitled Pilot Jacket, depicts, man’s unconsciousness in the pursuit of blood and war. A military answer rather then a solution to his discord within. It is his pain embraced that will transform in the fullness of time, like the stages of an alchemical process, insuring a higher state of consciousness that will bring the dawning of a new age.
